ABOUT
Karma Design
Karma Design encompasses a large range of graphic design in both print and online products. Some of these include logo design, illustration, website design, advertisements, brochures, pamphlets, business cards and layout designs. Selections of my designs are viewable under the Projects section.
Experience
I have been working as a Graphic Designer for over 6 years. I started out at Printline in Fremantle. There I developed my skills in time management and client consultation, along with the application of many facets of the print industry. During that time I was given the opportunity to start designing for
GMTA Skateboards as their senior graphic designer, creating skateboard graphics, catalogues and advertisements. Alongside this I have worked at Momentum Skateshop, managing their online shop and looking after all design aspects of the company.
Current
In late 2011 I started as a casual graphic designer at
BrightBlueC - a marketing and design company based in Fremantle. I am still maintaining all my work for GMTA skateboards as well as running my freelance business.
Education
Art has always been a subject I’ve enjoyed over the years, throughout highschool, TEE and tertiary education. I completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at Curtin University, majoring in Multimedia Design and then went on to further my knowledge with a Certificate III In Printing And Graphic Arts (Graphic Pre-press) through TAFEWA.
Other Interests
I love skateboarding and have been doing it for over 10 years. I still enjoy everything associated with it so I try get out there a few times a week. Animals amaze me and can keep me entertained for hours, in particular
Red Pandas. I also love drawing and painting. Besides that, just the usual, hanging out with friends and eating lots of food.
